This section represents the contractual legal regulation of the relationship between the parties (merchant and consumer). According to art. 1270 of the New Civil Code, the validly concluded contract has the force of law between the contracting parties. Visitors will have permanent access to the Terms and Conditions for using the site in order to consult them at any time. 1. Regulatory framework. The website owned by SC GOLD SOFA SRL is subject to Romanian legislation in force, the relationship between the parties being governed by the following regulatory acts: • OG no. 21/1992 regarding consumer protection; • OUG no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals; • Law no. 363/2007 on combating unfair practices of traders in their relations with consumers and harmonizing regulations with European legislation on consumer protection; • Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce. 2. The company SC GOLD SOFA SRL carries out the activity of presenting services exclusively through the website www.goldsofadesign.com, being the only online property it owns and through which it carries out acts of commerce and presentation of services. Any other associations or the unauthorized presentation of the company's data does not bind SC GOLD SOFA SRL in any way. towards any natural or legal person. 3. Acceptance of the terms of use. The use of the website https://www.goldsofadesign.com, logging in and accessing the services offered represents an acceptance by the consumer of the terms and conditions detailed below, with all the consequences arising from their acceptance. By registering an order on the website www.goldsofadesign.com, https://www.facebook.com/goldsofa.ro, the buyer agrees to the communication method used by SC GOLD SOFA SRL, namely by phone or email. The conclusion of the contract takes place only when the tax invoice is issued and not when the order is launched or the automatic confirmation of receipt of this order is issued.
